Cheeyev's Helioptile OC

So, Cheeyev requested me to draw a new Pokemon OC for him, and I figured, "Why not?" The selection he gave me was either Kecleon, Noibat, Raichu, Larvesta, Helioptile, or Maractus. I chose Helioptile because it has the least jagged lines, which I tend to have trouble with. He also asked for it to have a purple neck warmer and a black and purple striped shirt. So, here you go!
